John Perez
Investor, Instructor
In 1972, John began his Drafting & Design career at Bourn's, Inc in Riverside, CA. Thereafter, he used his drafting skills in the Machine Tool and Robotics industries for over 30 years, and more recently 17 years in Aerospace.
John started teaching in the Adult School and Community College community in 2002. He currently holds a California teaching credential in Career Technical Education.
He has over 10 years of residential real estate investing and activities.
John's other interests include sports, domestic traveling, local history, military history, music, fitness, golf.
Anna Gandolfi
Business Officer
Anna's business management career began at UC San Diego in 1990. In 2017, she retired from the University and moved over to the Salk Institute for Biological Studies in La Jolla, CA. Anna enjoys the ordered chaos of the business office and thrives on the special projects and minute details of the job. During the pandemic, Anna saw a need in the medical industry and became a certified Nursing Assistant and has worked in Memory Care, Assisted Living and Skilled Nursing aspects to help out with the needs in the area.
In her meager downtime, Anna enjoys volunteering with various organizations, baking cookies and sweet treats for family and friends, attending Padres' games with her husband of 20 years, and visiting grandchildren near and far.
